The American Contract Bridge League runs three National tournaments (NABCs) annually, roughly in March, July and November. These include many of the most prestigious events worldwide, and it is no surprise to see many Connecticut residents at the top of their leaderboards!
NABC+ Open Events are open to everyone and draw the strongest competitors from all over the world. A victory in one of these events is a qualifier for the title of Grand Life Master, and surely a career highlight for any bridge player.
NABC Restricted Events have masterpoint limitations: currently the maximum limits are three, six and ten thousand total masterpoints. World champions need not apply, but the competition is no less fierce.
