Sue Miguel is the 2025 recipient of the Weiss-Bertoni Award! The trophy was presented on Sunday morning by the previous holder, Joe Brouillard. This high honor is awarded by the New England Bridge Conference to recognize both achievements at the table and a tireless commitment to volunteering at all levels of the game.

Counting both the regular daily events and all four NAP qualifiers, we handed out just shy of 3,100 masterpoints in Norwich, with 412 tables in play. Perhaps the biggest achievement of all was by Dawei Qi and Jianqiao Gu of Massachusetts: they won the NAP Flight B on Wednesday, and followed up by winning Flight A (Thu-Fri) too!
